Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of metacareerguide.com and MCG Classroom. Please read them — particularly the eligibility requirement and the disclaimers, which limit what we promise.

1. Eligibility — you must be 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Metacareerguide services. Metacareerguide is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. Our services are not offered to K–12 schools or districts.
2. Who you are contracting with
Metacareerguide is a platform and service brand of Banisanova LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Banisanova LLC.
3. What we provide
Career path information, educational courses, and study tools. Some is free; some may require a paid subscription. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and we will give reasonable notice before withdrawing anything you have paid for.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are personal — do not share them. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, scrape or bulk-download content, resell or redistribute our materials, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
6. Course materials and licence
Course materials are licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning, including printing or downloading copies for that purpose. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish in whole or substantial part, or use them as the basis of a competing course or product.
7. Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Where a paid subscription is offered, the price and billing period are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account — access continues to the end of the paid period.
If you are unhappy within 14 days of a first purchase, contact us and we will refund it. After that, we do not generally refund part-used periods, but tell us if something has gone wrong and we will look at it.
8. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not promise employment, interviews, salary outcomes, exam results, or academic credit. Our courses do not carry accreditation. Salary and growth figures are drawn from public sources including the Bureau of Labor Statistics and are estimates for information only — not predictions about you.
9. Third-party services and content
Course activities reference AI platforms and other services operated by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, terms, pricing, or data handling. Read their terms, and do not enter confidential or personal information belonging to an employer or anyone else into them.
Where we name employers, schools, certifications, or exams, that is information, not endorsement, partnership, or affiliation. Our CCAR-F study materials are an independent study aid and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Anthropic.
10. AI-assisted content
Course materials are developed with AI assistance and reviewed and edited by Metacareerguide. AI can be wrong. Apply your own judgement, particularly where anything affects your work, money, or legal position.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banisanova LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and where we hold your email we will tell you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland.
